    Great value for money, but I think the wiring instructions are unclear, and possibly incorrect. COM pin is the relay driver ground - not the opto isolator return. I think you have to connect the +12V supply to the pin marked Vcc, 0V to COM. Remove the jumper, then the isolated drive signal goes between IN (+ve) and GND
